The adiabatic cooler features EC fans, some of the most efficient in the industry, which use 30% less energy than traditional AC fans. Our adiabatic control system can be adjusted to prioritize energy or water consumption depending on the client’s requirements. For example, in times of limited water supply, the control can be set to use the minimum amount of water possible, while during periods of high-power costs, it can be adjusted to use the minimum amount of energy.
The EC fan control system minimizes fan power consumption to the lowest level required by the process. Our evaporative panel system is automatically controlled to provide the minimum necessary water usage, with independent control of each side of the adiabatic cooler to compensate for differences in external ambient heating or cooling. Unlike other systems, our evaporative panel system does not require a high-pressure water supply and can operate with just mains pressure. Additionally, there is no aerosol generation, eliminating the need for a UV system, reducing power consumption, and improving resilience. Furthermore, our evaporative panel system ensures that there is no spray contact with the adiabatic water supply, effectively doubling the coil life and reducing maintenance requirements.
